Elizabeth Ruth Grosenbacher, 92, died peacefully at her home Sunday July 26, 2015 with her nephew Scott and his wife Maria by her side. Ruth was born June 10, 1923 in Waterville, Maine to the late John and Helen McAskill. She retired in 1985 from retail sales. Ruth was a member of St. Jude Catholic Church, Ladies Auxiliary Post 296 and 1006. The family wants to thank Heartland Hospice for their care of Ruth.

Surviving are nephews, Scott (Maria) Cole, Marty Cole, niece, Ruth Anne (Geary) Rothney, step-children, Gerald, Dennis, Mark, Jeff Grosenbacher and Debbie (Jim) Weigle, and a host of nieces and nephews along with Ruth''s Special Angel Mary, and friend Cindy. She was preceded in death by her first husband Robert Happel and second husband Harold Grosenbacher, 2 sisters, Hazel, McAskill and Louise Baker, brothers, John, Kenny, and Gerald McAskill,

Service will be 10:30 a.m. Thursday July 30, 2015 at Covington Memorial Gardens Cemetery 8408 Covington Rd. with receiving of friends from 10-10:30 a.m.
