Faris Jack Hale Jr. 71, died on Sunday July 5, 2015 at his home. He was born Kendallville, IN to the late Faris Jack Sr. and Beatrice Hale. Jack retired from PVC Compounding after 33 years in Shipping and Handling Dept. For the last 5 years he worked at Preferred Auto.

He is survived by his wife, Sheri; 9 children, Paula Hale-Wagner, David (Lauren) Hale, Patrick Keri Jones) Hale, Dawn (Matt) Nicholds, Regina (Jay) Lortie, Benjamin (Toni) Brooks, Andrew (Barbara) Brooks, Emily (Brian Anweiler) Brooks and Ryan (Kimberly Hardar) Brooks; sister Sharon (John); and 23 grandchildren, Alexis, Lindsey, Derek, Gracie, Colton, Augustin, December, Matthew, Brandon, Joseph, Ariana Klohe, Lillian, Rhiannon, Aramie, Aidyn, Colton, Kira, Callen, Desiree, Isabella, Josephine, and Devon

Memorial service will be 6 P.M. Friday July 10, 2015 at Covington Memorial Funeral Home 8408 Covington Rd. with viewing from 4-6 P.M. Entombment will be in Covington Memorial Gardens.
