Frances J. Denson, 84, died Sunday, May 3, 2015. Frances was born August 12, 1930 in Ft. Wayne, IN to the late Jules and Beth (Edwards) Toussaint. She was a shipping clerk for Phelps Dodge for 20 years. She also worked for YMCA and volunteered at Lutheran Life Villages.

Surviving are her daughter, Denise (Pete) Spangler, son, Richard (Robin) Barrand, grandchildren, Jessica, Delaney, Jason, Jon, great-grandchildren, Domonic, Calista, Jasmine, Skyler, Coral, Lily, brother, Jules (Margie) Toussaint, brother in law, Charles Stanger. She was preceded in death by her husband Loyd Denson in January and a sister Jeanette Stanger.

Service will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, May 9, 2015 at Covington Memorial Funeral Home 8408 Covington Rd. with calling 1 hour prior to service. There will also be calling Friday May 8, at the funeral home from 5-8 p.m. Burial will be in Covington Memorial Gardens. Preferred memorials are to American Heart Assoc. or American Diabetes Association or the Ft. Wayne Rescue Mission.
