Frank D. Kopecky, 82, of Fort Wayne, died Wednesday, December 15, 2010 at Lutheran Hospital. He was a U.S. Marine and a Shriner. He was a sales rep for National Mill Supply and retired from L.S. Ayres. He was a member of Salem United Church of Christ. He enjoyed spending time with his family as well as his time at the lake. He is survived by his loving wife, Doris, of 61 years; sons and daughters in law, Frank and Cris Kopecky and Scott and Marilyn Kopecky both of Fort Wayne; four grandchildren, Jennifer, Jonathan, Kaylin and Bradley. Service is Noon, Saturday, December 18, 2010 at Salem United Church of Christ, 2401 Lake Avenue, with calling two hours prior to service. He will be laid to rest at Covington Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers memorials are to the Church.
