Franklin E. Crowe, Jr., 94, of Fort Wayne passed away peacefully February 25, 2022.  He was born July 8, 1927 in Fort Wayne to the late Franklin E. and Mary (Treuchet) Crowe, Sr.

Franklin joined the Navy and was stationed in the Pacific during World War II.  When he came home he married the love of his life, Loretta (Ensch) and they spent the next 71 years together.  Franklin was employed by Eckrich and worked there until the plant shut down.  He was a wonderful man and will be missed dearly.

Franklin is survived by his wife, Loretta; daughters, Karen (Mike) Spillers, and Janet (Jacques) Perry; five grandchildren; and six great grandchildren.

Family will receive friends from 11:00am - 1:00pm Thursday, March 3 at Covington Memorial Funeral Home, 8408 Covington Road, Fort Wayne, IN 46804, with service to follow at 1:00pm.  Military honors will take place at the graveside.
