Franklin Charles Lewis, age 95, passed away Thursday in Ft. Wayne. He was born September 27, 1914 to Oscar B. and Mary Benner Lewis. He was a Milkman for Bullerman Dairy for 37 years, and a Custodian for Ft. Wayne Schools for 16 years. He married Helen Brutnell in 1945, and she preceded him in death on March 15, 1996. He was also preceded in death by his parents, one brother, two sisters and two nephews. He is survived by his sisters, Gertrude Lindlag, of Ossian, IN, Mary Ellen Rempert, of Albion, IN, and Darlene Archer(Harry) of Ft. Wayne, IN, as well as several Nieces and Nephews. A Celebration of Life Service will be Tuesday October 13 at 11:00 AM at St. Matthew''s Lutheran Church with visitation from 10:00 AM to service time. Entombment will be after the service at Covington Memorial Gardens. The family requests, in lieu of flowers, contributions be made to St. Matthew''s Lutheran Church.
