Gail Alice Schumm, 74, passed peacefully Wednesday, January 8, 2020.  Born November 2, 1945 in Springfield, Massachusetts, she was a daughter to the late Roland Gariepy and Mira (Breeshaw) Tackwell.  Gail was a retired phlebotomist who worked at St. Joe Hospital for over 40 years in the lab.   During her retirement she had worked at Meijer as a greeter and cashier.

Gail is survived by her children, Joe (Diane) Schumm. Tammy (George) Folkner and David Schumm; grandchildren, Derek Folkner, Hannalora Folkner, Joey Schumm and Amber Williams; great grandsons, Andrew Folkner and Blaine Thurber; and a brother, Ronald Gariepy.
