Georgia Ann Jeffers 79, passed away peacefully
Thursday October 5, 2017. She was born March 5, 1938 in Terre Haute, IN to the late Arthur and Margaret Johns. Georgia graduated in 1956 from Garfield High School and she was a regular attender of Fellowship Missionary Church. She had a passion for Baking, Scrapbooking, Sewing, Jewelry Making and Cheerleading for her Grand and Great-grandchildren.

Georgia married her high school sweetheart, Kenneth Jeffers on August 31, 1956. and they have three children, Rodney Jeffers, Cindy Bucaro, Kendra (Matt) Rice, siblings, Jerry Johns, Rose Foote, Bill (Karen) Johns, grandchildren, Danielle (Travis) Harden, Joey (Erin) Bu caro, Delaney and Keaton Rice and great-grandchildren, Natalie and Mathew Harden.

Funeral service will be 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, October 11, 2017 at Covington Memorial Funeral Home 8408 Covington Rd. with viewing from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Rev. Verlin Rice will be officiating. Burial will be in Covington Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
