Geraldine Bultemeier, 84 of Leo, passed away Friday, April 24, 2009 at The Cedars in Leo. Born in Ft. Wayne to Carl and Pauline Boese, she had been a member of Bethlehem Lutheran Church in Ft. Wayne and was married for 63 years to Edgar Bultemeier, who survives her. Also surviving Geraldine are her sons Kenneth (Jean) Bultemeier, Terry Bultemeier, and Michael (Anita) Bultemeier; daughters Cheryl Ralston, Connie (Joe) Avila, and Phyllis Call; 10 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, brother Algine Boese, and sister Florence Rowlee. Funeral services 1:00p.m. Monday at Covington Memorial Funeral Home, 8408 Covington Rd. with calling two hours prior to services. The family's preferred memorial is Easter Seals Arc of Northeast Indiana.
