Glenna Ruth Alexander, 65, died Monday August 13, 2012. She was born February 3, 1947 to the late Glen and Elva McCann. Glenna retired from G.E after 32 years of service. She enjoyed volunteering at the Ft. Wayne Children''s Zoo. Surviving are children, Melodee Smith, Tammy (Darrell) Hord, Larry (Stacey) Dickerson, Travis Alexander all of Ft. Wayne, IN, 10 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. Calling will be Thursday August 16, 2012 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at Covington Memorial Funeral Home 8408 Covington Rd. Honoring Glenna''s request cremation will follow and burial in Covington Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
