Gloria Joan Nold, 87, passed away on Thursday, October 27, 2022 at home in Fort Wayne, Indiana. She was born in Fort Wayne to the late Walter and Georgia (Fromm) Stanford. Gloria attended Precious Blood Elementary and was a graduate of Central Catholic High School. She then attended the University of St. Francis and received her teaching certificate. Gloria married Curtis Nold on October 15, 1988 in Fort Wayne, Indiana. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She attended North Park Community Church. Gloria was an amazing athlete and enjoyed running, playing golf and walking. Above all else, Gloria proudly and graciously raised her five children. Surviving are her children, Joe (Michelle) Nycum, Joanne (Bruce) Lintjer, Theresa (John) Herbert, Julie Nycum, and Michele (Jeff) Haskins; 11 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by her brothers and sisters. There will be a private graveside service at Covington Memorial Gardens. Arrangements entrusted to Covington Memorial Funeral Home.
