Harold E. Emerick, 77, of Lake of the Woods, passed away Tuesday, January 29, 2008. He was a Navy Veteran and belonged to the American Legion Post 423. Harold was married to Joan, who survives him. He is also survived by his children Sandra K. Emerick of Avilla and David (Nancy) Emerick of Columbia City; 5 grandchildren; 1 great-grandson; brother Don Emerick of Hoagland; and sister Elva Hammond. Harold is preceded in death by his brother Ray Emerick.
