Harold C. "Pap" Buell, 90, passed away Tuesday, September 16, 2014. He was born October 6, 1923 in Ft. Wayne to the late Chauncy and Jenne Buell. Harold was a WWII Army Veteran and a Purple Heart Recipient. He retired from G.E. after 42 plus years as a Tool and Die Maker. Harold was an avid fisherman and a Tin Caps and Komet Hockey fan.

Surviving are his sons, Daniel L. (Sandy) Buell, David J. (Barb) Buell, sister, Phyllis Faulkner and 2 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife Mary Helen in 1998 and a brother, Neil Buell.

Military honors will be 10:00 a.m. Friday, September 19, 2014 at Greenlawn Memorial Park, 6600 Covington Rd. There will also be viewing Thursday, September 18, 2014 from 5 until 8 p.m. at Covington Memorial Funeral Home 8408 Covington Rd. Preferred memorials are to Heartland Hospice. The family wants to thank all the aides and nurses at Harbor Assisted Living.
