Obituary

Harold Paul Parker, Jr., 88, died Sunday, June 24, 2018. Born in New Haven, he was a son to the late Harold Paul Parker, Sr. and Opal Bernice (Louden) Parker.  He was an Army veteran and co owner of Jecto Plastics.   Harold enjoyed gardening, fishing, hunting pheasant, trap shooting; he had a private pilot's license and enjoyed flying, ballroom dancing and loved warm winters in the Bahamas and Florida.

He is survived by his devoted wife of 68 years, Carolyn Ellen (Davidson) Parker; children, Mike (Lois) Parker, Jeff Parker, Denise (Bob) Griffin and Gary (Alvin Bick) Parker; brother, Terry Parker; grandchildren,  Shawn, Jesse, Todd and Leslie; and three great grandchildren, Summer Rose, Elijah and Edison.

He was preceded in death by brothers, Howard Parker and Glen Parker; and only sister, Thelma Bremer.

Service is 11:00 a.m., Saturday, June 30, 2018 at Covington Funeral Home, 8480 Covington Road, with calling one hour prior.  He will be entombed at Covington Memorial Gardens.  Preferred memorials are to Fisher Center for Alzheimer's Research Foundation, 110 East 42nd Street, 16th Floor, New York, NY., 10017.
