Helen Louise Rhodes, 91, of Fort Wayne, died on Friday, December 6, 2013. Born July 2, 1922 in Fort Wayne, she was the daughter of the late, John Madden and Elsie (Lotzenheiser) Madden. She was a wonderful homemaker and was an active member of Trinity Methodist Church.

She is survived by her two sons, James (Rebecca) Rhodes and David Rhodes; five grandchildren, Kim, Michelle, Andrea, Dan and Kara; and five great grandchildren, Madeline, Tyler, Claire, Lauren and Jacob.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ernest A. Rhodes, on December 13, 2012; and a sister, Kathleen Blakley, in June of 1962.

Service is 11:00 a.m., Monday, December 9, 2013 at Covington Funeral Home, 8408 Covington Road, with visitation one hour prior. She will be laid to rest at Covington Memorial Gardens.
