Jack B. Cozad, 68, died on Monday, March 9, 2015 at home with his family. Born in Fort Wayne, he was the son of the late, Roger and Thelma (Bowman) Cozad. Jack proudly served his country in the Army during the Vietnam War; he was also a member of the American Legion Post #241. He retired from ITT Technical Institute over 35 years of service. He was a member of the St. Paul Lutheran Church.

He is surviving by his wife of 44 years, Brenda; sons, Rob (Sherri) of Fort Wayne and Todd (Sara) of Indianapolis; two grandsons, Jacob and Gavin; sister, Rosalyn (Richard) Arnett of Bowling Green, Kentucky.

Funeral Service is 11 a.m., Friday, March 13, 2015 at Covington Funeral Home, 8408 Covington Road, with calling one hour prior. Calling is also 4-8 p.m., Thursday, March 12, 2015 at the funeral home. He will be laid to rest at Covington Memorial Gardens, with military honors. Preferred memorials are to the church.
