Jack G. Lambert, 86 died Tuesday, August 11, 2015. He was born July 31, 1929 in Pennington Gap, VA to the late Robert and Grace Lambert. Jack worked at Wayne Candies and Peter Eckrich and after retirement he was a security guard at General Electric. Jack was an Army Korean War Veteran

Surviving are his children, Betsy (Rick) McSorley, Sharon Miles, Edsil (Mary) Stewart, 9 Granchildren, Nick, Saffron, Tom, Landin, Ashley, Brittany, Tony, Don and Jeanie, 18 Great-grandchildren,Austin, Alexsis, Kiara, Lita, Jaiden, Jasmine, Hazel, Kennedy, Tommie, Brooklyn, Eason, Cayson, Leona, Krista, Antoinette, and Michael. Jack was preceded in death by his wife Inus in 1999 and siblings Donald Lambert and Gladys Roberts.

Funeral Service will be 2:00 p.m. Sunday at Covington Memorial Funeral Home 8408 Covington Rd. with calling 1 hour prior to service. There will also be a viewing Saturday 4-8 P.M. at the funeral home. Prefrred memorials are to Family LifeCare Hospice.
