Jacquelyn B. Ormsby, 87, died April 10, 2015. The Fort Wayne native was the daughter to the late, Clayton and Florence (Smith) Steele. Jacque was a devoted wife and wonderful homemaker. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church.

She is survived by her sons, Danny (Ilene) Ormsby of Albion, Donnie (Connie) Ormsby, Mike Ormsby and Jeff (Kari) Ormsby all of Fort Wayne; daughter, Donna (Kenn) Anderson of Fort Wayne; several grandchildren and great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 45 years, Marion D. Ormsby, in 1989; sister, Betty Jane Martinez; and half siblings, Therman Wolfe and Doris Hahn.

She will be laid to rest 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, April 14, 2015 at Covington Memorial Gardens, 8408 Covington Road. Preferred memorial are to Humane Shelter or Alzheimer''s Association.
