James E. Chapman, 76, died Thursday February, 19, 2015. He was born August 25, 1938 in Neenah, WI to the late George M. and Grace R. Chapman James was a retired Navy Veteran after 25 years service and a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church. For 3 years he work for the City of Fort Wayne in the Parking Control Division.

Surviving is a wife Soledad "Siony" Chapman, son Anthony "Tony" (Connie) Chapman, 2 grandchildren Connor and Casey, 1 brother, Robert Chapman. He was preceded in death by a son Chris Chapman and 2 brothers George and Thomas and a sister Gladys.

Service will be 1:00 p.m. Wednesday February, 25, 2015 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church 4643 Gaywood Dr. Viewing will be Tuesday 2-4 6-8 p.m. at Covington Memorial Funeral Home 8408 Covington Rd. Burial will be in Covington Gardens. Preferred memorial are to Sacred Heart Catholic Church.
