James Lee Hart, died on Wednesday, Nov. 13, 2013. Born Oct. 9, 1935, in Logansport, Ind., he was a son of the late Walter and Mary Jane Hart. He retired as supervisor of data processing for the K-Mart Corporation after 32 ½ years. Jim was a member of Waynedale United Methodist Church; a Marine veteran; and a member of American Legion Post 499.

Surviving are his wife, Wilma Hart; sons, David (Julie) Hart and Brad (Martha Smith) Hart; brothers, David (Margie) Hart and Bill Hart; three grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by one sister; and a grandchild.

Service is 3 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 16, 2013, at Covington Memorial Funeral Home, 8408 Covington Road, with calling from 1 to 3 p.m. Entombment in Covington Memorial Gardens. Preferred memorials to Visiting Nurse Hospice or Waynedale United Methodist Church.
