Jane Zachman, 63 died Thursday, February 19, 2015, with her Husband by her side. She was born in Grand Rapids, Michigan, daughter of the late Richard and Mary Fingleton. She graduated from Indiana University with her Masters in Education and received her lifetime teaching license. She taught at Milian and Clinton Prairie High Schools. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She enjoyed knitting, cross stitching, and spending time with her family at the lake. She was a member of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church.
She is survived by her husband, Dr. Thomas; three daughters, Rebecca (Nick) Harris, Jessica (Seth) Miley and Kathryn Zachman; brother, Thomas Fingleton; five grandchildren, Ethan, Aubrey, Olivia Jane, Haven and Hendrix.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Jennifer Zachman; brother, Richard Fingleton; and sisters Anne Kniebes and Martha Cone.
Mass of Christian Burial is 11 a.m., Tuesday, February 24, 2015 at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, 10700 Aboite Center Road, with calling one hour prior. Viewing is also 2-4 and 6-8 p.m., Monday, February 23,2015 at Covington Funeral Home, 4808 Covington Road. She will be laid to rest at Covington Memorial Gardens. Preferred memorials are to Hospice Home.
