Jason Wayne Strong, 33, New Haven, IN  passed away peacefully on May, 26, 2021 from a brief courageous battle of Teratoma, a rare form of cancer.  Born in Ft. Wayne, IN on March, 3, 1988, he is a son of Terri L. Strong and the late Lyman K. Strong.  Jason graduated from New Haven High School and IPFW earning his Bachelor of Science degree in Business. He worked at Hose and Automation as a production assembler.  He enjoyed spending time with his family and  cats, Leela and Chloe. He also enjoyed spending time with his car club, friends and also enjoyed playing video games.

He is survived by his mother, Terri Strong, brother, Christopher (Nicole) Strong, Grandmother, Mary Ormiston, aunt, Sherri Humbert, uncle, Mike (Kathy) Ormiston, aunt Sandy VanderPloeg, and many cousins and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father, Lyman K. Strong, and grandfather, Wayne Ormiston.

Funeral Service  is 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, June 1, 2021 with calling from 11:00-1:00 p.m. prior  at Covington Memorial Funeral Home, 8408 Covington Road,   Memorial contributions to SPCA or American Cancer Society.
