Jean Collier, 82, died Saturday, December 14, 2013. She was born July 29, 1931 in Ligonier, IN to the late Don and Hazel Schear. Jean worked in the laundry room at the Fort Wayne Country Club for 20 years.

Surviving is her husband, Douglas W. Collier, son, Randall (Julie) Collier, daughter, Pam Collier, and step-daughter, Cathy Collier, 4 grandchildren, Lucas, Joseph, Joshua, Lindsey, Adam, Christine and 1 great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by 2 brothers, Bill and Richard Schear.

Service will be 1:00 p.m. Thursday, December 19, 2013 at Covington Memorial Funeral Home 8408 Covington Rd. with calling from 11:00 a.m. until service time. Burial will be in Covington Memorial Gardens. Preferred memorials to; Pleasant Dale Church of the Brethren.
