Jeanette Louise Koomler, 88 died Thursday, July 18, 2019.  She was born April 5, 1931 in Berne, IN to the late Levi and Rachel Schwartz.  Most of her adult life she lived in Ft. Wayne.  Jeanette attended County Line Church of God, was active in Widow to Widow and Parkview Seniors.

Surviving are her children; Randy (Connie), Gary (Ruth), Tim (Terri), Brian (Michelle) Koomler, 14 grandchildren, Travis (Leslie), Justin (Kelli), Molly (Nick), Megan (Lyndon), Jeremy (Erin), Kristie, Paige (Adam), Dana (Ryan), Autumn, Blaire, Ashley, Mackenzie, Miranda, Maggie 16 great-grandchildren, Reece, Ryelle, Oliver, Evelyn, Tenley, Titus, Grason, Jensyn, Will, Lauren, Joee, Harper, Mia, Miles, Emerson and Asa, siblings, Richard (Janice) Schwartz, Irene (Marvin) Watkins, Flossie (Robert) Cable, in-laws; Linda Schwartz and Glen Yager.  Jeanette was preceded in death by her husband Norman R. Koomler in 1983, two siblings, Leonard Schwartz and Carol Yager.

Funeral service will be 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, July 24, 2019 at Covington Memorial Funeral Home 8408 Covington Rd. with viewing 1 hour prior to service.  There is also viewing Tuesday, July 23 at the funeral home 5:00 ~ 8:00 p.m.  Burial will be in Covington Memorial Gardens Cemetery.  Preferred memorials are to; Parkview YMCA 10001 Dawsons Creek Blvd.  Ft.
