Jerry R. Click, 68, died Friday, June 22, 2018 at his home.  He was born on May 10, 1950 in Ft. Wayne, IN to the late Charles and Vada Click.  He was a member of Emmanuel Lutheran Church Soest, American Legion 330 New Haven, IN and the Marine Corps League.  Jerry was an Army veteran of the Vietnam War.  His passion was working on and remodeling cars.  He would give you the shirt off his back and loved to socialize and was the "life of the party."

Surviving is his wife Jean Click, children, Heather Click, Christine Ammon, Brittany (Mark) Kirchner, Gary Goldsberry, 6 grandchildren, Natalie, Corey, Brendan, Colton, Connor, Caitlyn, 1 great-grandson Finn, and a brother Charles (MaryAnn) Click.  Along with his parents, Jerry was preceded in death by a brother Ron Click.

Funeral service will be 12:00 PM Wednesday, June 27, 2018 at Covington Memorial Funeral Home, 8408 Covington Rd., with viewing 2 hours prior to service.  Military honors will be presented by United States Army and American Legion Post 330 New Haven, IN.  There is also viewing Tuesday from 6:00 – 8:00 PM at the funeral home.  Burial will be in Covington Memorial Gardens.  In lieu of flowers preferred memorials are to Visiting Nurse and Hospice.
