Jerry L. Faulkner, 57, of Fort Wayne, died Saturday Oct 7, 2006 at Parkview Hospital. He was born October 11, 1948 in Fort Wayne and was a U.S. Army Vietnam veteran. He worked for Kaough Distribution Company in Fort Wayne and was a member of the V.F.W. post 857. He is survived by daughters, Dawn Mendez and Melissa Kirk both of Fort Wayne; a son, Ryan Faulkner of Fort Wayne; sister, Sharon Armey of Bowling Green, KY; half sisters, Janice Fox of Irvine, KY and Marilyn Griswold of Sarasota, FL; grandchildren, Magdalena and Marcela Mendez, Braxton Landrum and Isabelle and Kaylynn Kirk. He was preceded in death by his parents Robert and Bonnie Faulkner and a brother Roger Faulkner. Services Friday 10 a.m. with calling one hour prior at Covington Memorial Funeral Home 8408 Covington Rd. Calling also 6-8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Burial in Covington Memorial Gardens.
