Jerry Leon Odom,76, of Ft. Wayne, passed away October 3, 2020 with his wife by his side.  Jerry was born April 2,1944, the Son of the late Paul Raz and Lillian Mae (Logdson) Odom.   He married his wife, Diana J. Odom, December 1, 1984.  Jerry was a highly respected Rubber Chemist,  retiring from BRC Rubber Group in 2012. He was a member of the Rubber and Plastics Group.  Jerry always enjoyed meeting new people and no one was a stranger to him.  He enjoyed being with others playing golf, pool, poker and traveling with is wife.

He is survived by his wife, Diana, of 36 years,  His children, Sandra (Darrell) Brown, Debra (Tony) Osgatharp, Jerry L. (Stephanie) Odom II, Teresa (Mark) VerKuilen.  Siblings:  Raymond (Joni) Odom, Roger (Pat) Odom, and Diana (Keith) Blackgrave, 10 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Along with his parents he is preceded in death by siblings, Andy, Kenneth, Ozzie, Bonnie (Young), Martin and Mark Odom along with several nieces and nephews.

Per his wishes there will be no visitation or service.
