Wayne, IN, Twila (Keith) Daniels, Myrtle Beach, SC, DeWayne (Stephanie) Mendez, Ft. Wayne, IN, brothers Jerry and LeRoy Smith, Lorraine, OH, 17 grandchildren, Kristy, Annette, Josh, Megan, Molly, Kayla, Amber, Nacayla, Robert, Hailea, Britney, Bryson, Donte, Antonia, Madalynn, Breanna, Chelsea, and four great-grandchildren, Madelynn, Raygan, Thomas and Alexis. Service is 1:00 p.m. Monday April 11 at Covington Memorial Funeral Home 8408 Covington Rd. with calling 1 hour prior to service. There is also calling Sunday 2-4 - 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial in Covington Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
