Joan Korn, 83 of Fort Wayne passed away Saturday, February 21, 2026, at her home surrounded by family. Joan was born on May 27, 1942, in Fort Wayne, the daughter of the late Roscoe and Betty (Schnobel) Parker.

Joan was a very loving, kind and funny lady. She had a great sense of humor, enjoyed telling a good joke and playing BINGO. She was a good cook and enjoyed baking for her family. She loved her daughter and grandchildren, they meant everything to her.

She is survived by her daughter, Dawn Hipshire; grandchildren, Ashley, Aaron, Delilahjo, Isabella, Jaxson and Bentley and two brothers, Richard (Ruth) Parker, Jack Parker and a sister Sharon (Gary) Gohlke. She was preceded in death by her parents; five brothers, Bob, John, Bill, Tom, Alan, and a sister Janice; and two grandchildren, Austin and Angel.
