Jody Christina McCann, 45 passed away Thursday December 6, 2018.  She was born on July 7, 1973 in Pomona, CA to Marvin W. Charla M. Tschumper.  Jody was a teacher's assistant at Arlington and Shambaugh Elementary Schools working with the special needs children.  Her passions were; her family was everything   and being a grandma, drawing, gardening, handcrafts and things artistic.

On March 17, 2012 she married George McCann who survives along with their children; Nathan Johnson, April Johnson, Brandon McCann, Michael (Kristin) McCann, Kyle McCann, three grandchildren, Brantley, Briggslee, Berkeleigh, brother, Robert (Terri) Moses and nieces and nephews; Carly, Hope, Westin, Alayna, and Kaylee, maternal and paternal grandparents, Grandma Dixie,  Marvin and Connie Tschumper and her in-laws, the late Michael and Gloria McCann.

Memorial service will be 12:00 p.m. Saturday December 15, 2018 at Covington Memorial Funeral Home 8408 Covington Rd. with calling from 11:00 a.m. until noon.  Entombment will be in Covington Memorial Gardens Cemetery.  Preferred memorials are to Cancer Services of N.E.
