John W. Brooke II, 24, passed away, Thursday, October 21, 2010 at St. Joseph Hospital. The South Side High School Graduate was attending International Business College working toward his Bachelor''s Degree. He was an avid reader and sports enthusiast. A beloved son, brother, nephew, cousin, uncle and friend we will miss you dearly. He is survived by his mother, Donna (Freistroffer) Brooke; father, Frank (Rhonda) Brooke, II; brother, Alfred (Callie) Brooke, II; sister, Tobitha Brooke; grandmothers, Irene Freistroffer and Jeri Brooke; four nieces and one nephew all of the Fort Wayne area. He was preceded in death by both of his grandfathers Henry Freistroffer and Alfred E. Brooke. Service is 10:30, Thursday, October 28, 2010 St. Patrick''s Catholic Church, 2120 South Harrison St., Fort Wayne, with calling one hour prior. Calling is also Wednesday 4-8 p.m. at Covington Memorial Funeral Home, 8408 Covington Road, with a Vigil and Rosary at 7:30 p.m. He will be laid to rest at the Catholic Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials are to the St. Vincent de Paul Society which cares for those in need
