John Raymond Byers' Obituary
John Raymond Byers, Sr., 81, of Fort Wayne died on, Saturday, April 13, 2013. Born here in Fort Wayne, he was the son of the late Ralph F. Byers and Mae Zuber. The Army Veteran was a well driller and had worked in construction.
He is survived by his wife, Mary Irene Byers; sons, John, Jr. (Cathy), David, Ronald (Dawn) and Charles Byers; grandchildren, Sheri Johnson, Missy Topp, Jennifer, Katie, Alan, Charlie, Kalyn, Justus, Amy, Stephanie, Alexa and Garrett Byers; and great grandchildren., Shawn, Trista, Isabella and Rayden Byers, Trinity and Alasia Greene, Trace Kimmel, Devin, Makayla and Caden Topp; daughter in laws, Beverly Byers and Sabrina Shimkus.
He was laid to rest at Covington Memorial Gardens. Per John''s request there are no calling or services.
