John F. Talarico, 70, passed away at home on September 5, 2024. He was born in Fort Wayne, IN on October 22, 1953, a son of the late John and Jean Talarico.

John worked in the automotive industry for most of his life. He was a racecar enthusiast and enjoyed driving racecar in the Fort Wayne and surrounding areas. He also enjoyed collecting sports memorabilia.

Surviving are his wife of 32 years, Nancy Talarico; children, Cody Talarico and two step-daughters, Shannon (B.J.) Gilbert and Heather MacGregor; grandchildren, Madeline, Mason, Jasenia, and Jakob.

He was preceded in death by grandson, Zachary Gilbert.

A celebration of life will be held at 4 p.m. on Wednesday, September 11, 2024 at Covington Memorial Funeral Home, 8408 Covington Rd., Ft. Wayne, IN with calling one hour prior.
