Jon K. Irwin, 62, died, Tuesday, September 28, 2010 at home. He worked with the American Red Cross for many years. He retired from Indiana State Highway Dept. in 2007 after 12 years of service. He is survived by his children, Heather Seibt, Jennifer (William) Phangsri, and Kevin Harrison all of Fort Wayne; brother, James Irwin; three grandchildren, Hayley, Logan and Avia. Private Services at Covington Memorial Funeral Home, 8408 Covington Road, with calling one hour prior. He will be entombed at Covington Memorial Gardens.
