Obituary
Joretta A. Black, age 92, of Fort Wayne, Indiana, passed away peacefully on January 21, 2025.
Born on January 6, 1933, in Patoka, Indiana, Joretta was a devoted & loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Dr. Jack L. Black.
Joretta leaves behind her daughter, Gina Durham (Brad), her son, Gary Black, five grandchildren, as well as six great-grandchildren.
Her family and friends will always remember her for her kind, generous spirit and the love she shared with those around her.
A private service with immediate family will be held in her honor.
