Joseph Michael Fogle, 58, passed on, Saturday, September 13, 2014 surrounded by his family following an extended illness. A graduate of South Side High School in 1975, he went on to obtain his Journeyman''s License from the U.S Dept of Labor Tool and Die Program. His long career spanned time spent as an employee of A&P Tool and Die and Work Right Machine. During his retirement years he took great enjoyment from his valet work at Lutheran Hospital. An athlete and avid sports fan he always expressed his love of the game. He was a devoted friend and family man that took great pride and joy in his relationships.

He is survived by his devoted and loving wife of 36 years, Cindy (Brown) Fogle; children, Jack, Carrie (Cody) Scherer and Katie (Russell) Scriver all of Fort Wayne; mother, Elsie Fogle; brother, Scott Fogle; sisters, Linda (George) Brinker, Susie Jones and Sandy (Billy) Colpean; and his two beloved granddaughters, Kennedy Kolkman and Nora Scriver.

He was preceded in death by his father, Jack Myron Fogle, in 1983; and a nephew, Drew Klug.

Funeral service is 1 p.m., Thursday, September 18, 2014 at Covington Funeral Home, 8408 Covington Road, with calling one hour prior to service. Calling is also 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, September 17, 2014. He will be laid to rest at Covington Memorial Gardens. Preferred memorials are to the family or Life Adult Day Academy.
