Josephine E. Condo, 90, died Monday, July 12, 2010 at Visiting Nurse & Hospice Home. She was born in Flora, Indiana, daughter of the late Edgar and Lucy Krauss. Growing up she worked at her parent''s cafe named Rainbow Caf in Flora. She managed David''s Dress Shop in Monticello for 10 years and then she worked at Bloom Furniture in Lafayette for 15 years. She was a member of Peace United Church of Christ in Fort Wayne and the Women''s Singles Group at Church and enjoyed her Bridge Club. She is survived by her sons, Leslie (Phylis) Condo and Thomas (Vicki) Condo both of Monticello; daughter, Becky (Gary) Dexheimer of Fort Wayne; sister in law, Georgeanne Krauss; six grandchildren; six great grandchildren; and 7 great great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by two brothers, Keith and Edgar, Jr.; one sister, Mary Louise Seely. Service is 3:00 p.m., Thursday, July 15, 2010 at Covington Memorial Gardens, 8408 Covington Road, Fort Wayne. She will be laid to rest at Covington Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers memorials are to Visiting Nurse & Hospice Home or Peace United Church of Christ.
