Katherine Mae Adamczak 78, passed away Saturday, July 3, 2021. Born in New Haven, IN, She was the daughter of Arthur and Geraldine McDonnell. She married Eugene Adamczak. She worked in restaurants in Ft. Wayne.  She enjoyed cooking and loved animals and also playing cards on the television.

She is survived by her husband, Gene Adamczak, daughters, Carrie Zerkle and Sue Burk, step-daughter, Nicole (Joseph) Cochran, four grandchildren, Danielle Clayton, Shane Ake, Tiffany Archer, Justin Zerkle, and nine great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by four brothers, Theodore, Benjamin, Gerald and Ronnie.

Funeral service is 12:00 p.m. Saturday, July 10, 2021 with calling from 10:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. at Covington Memorial Funeral Home, 8408 Covington Road, She will be interred at Covington Memorial Gardens.
