Katherine "Katie" Elizabeth Redman, 92, passed away Sunday November 23, 2014. Katie was born July 13, 1922 in Winnfield, LA to the late Charmer and Sallie Colvin. She was in clerical work at Memorial Point Apartments. Katie''s husband worked for Mobil Oil Co. and they traveled the world visiting Africa, Libya and South America. For many years she supported the A.S.P.C.A.

Surviving are her children, Nathan Hubbard, Shirley (Bob) Anderson, grandchildren, Terrie (Steve) Moser, Susan (Skip) Carver, Obie Pierce, Eric (Heather) Armstrong, Lisa
George, Shannon (Art) McFate, Shawn (Vicki) Hubbard, great-grandchildren, Mike (Serena) Moser, Heather (Matt) Carlson, Jason Miller, Cory (Erin) Miller, Brianna Pierce, Aaron Pierce, Christian, Robin, Gabby Armstrong, Preston Armstrong, Taylor Carver, Katie Jo McFate, Ryan McFate, Patrick Hubbard, great-great-grandchildren, Aspen & Ausli Moser, James Carlson and soon arriving Nicholas Miller along with a host of nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband Ralph Redman, and 3 sisters, Mable, Virginia, and Nell.

Service will be 1:00 p.m. Saturday November 29, 2014 at Covington Memorial Funeral Home 8408 Covington Rd. with calling 2 hours prior to service. Preferred memorials are to the family or Visiting Nurse and Hospice.
