Kathleen Susan Beltz, 69, went to Heaven to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, Tuesday, May 15, 2018.  She was surrounded by family and friends as she left this world for her new home.  Born October 26, 1948, Kathy graduated from South Side High School in 1966 and then went on to International Business College.  She retired from GTE/Verizon, after 25 years of service.  She was an accomplished pianist and was the Music Director of the children's choir "Kings Kids" at Colony Heights Church of Christ.  She most recently attended the Sonrise Church.  Kathy had a love of music, enjoyed crafts & fashion.  She loved spending time with her family, church family and friends.

Kathy is survived by one brother, Michael Beltz of Fort Wayne.

Kathy was preceded in death by her parents, Marcelia and Paul Beltz.

Funeral Service is 4:00 p.m., Sunday, May 20, 2018 at Covington Memorial Funeral Home, 8408 Covington Rd., with calling two hours prior.  Officiating will be Rev. Kevin Duvall.  Kathy will be laid to rest at Covington Memorial Gardens.
