Kathleen Joyce Spisak, 63, of Waterville, Ohio and formerly of Fort Wayne, Indiana, passed on, Sunday March 18, 2012 at Hospice of North West Ohio, with her family by her side. She was a wonderful homemaker, wife, mother and grandmother that will be dearly missed. She was a former member of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church of Fort Wayne.
She is survived by her husband Alan Michael Spisak of Waterville, Ohio; sons and daughters in law, Scott and Tracy Spisak of Fort Wayne and Jeffrey and Kristen Spisak of Fishers; mother, Margaret (Baran) Jacubenta of Cleveland, Ohio; sister, Gloria Principe of Henderson, Nevada; and four sweet grandchildren, Larissa, Cassidy, Skyler and Aurora.
She was preceded in death by her father, Joseph Jacubenta.
Mass of Christian Burial will be Noon, Saturday, March 24, 2012 at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, 10700 Aboite Center Road, with one hour of calling prior. Calling is also 3 to 8 p.m. Friday, March 23, 2012 at Covington Memorial Funeral Home, 8408 Covington Road. She will be laid to rest at Covington Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers memorials are to Hospice of North West Ohio.
