Kathy Ann Beineke, 56, died Saturday March 17, 2012 in Parkview Hospital. Born May 13, 1955 in Middlesboro, Kentucky to Iva Ward and the late Ralph Ward. Kathy worked for FWCS. She was a member of the Waynedale Baptist Church. Surviving are her husband, Harold Beineke, Ft, Wayne, IN, children, Leeann Beineke, Ryan (Angie) Beineke, Jeremy (Sheri) Ward, brother, Jack Ward and grandsons, Luke and Max Ward. Service is 12 Noon Thursday, March 22, 2012 at Covington Memorial Funeral Home 8408 Covington Rd. with calling 1 hour prior to service. Calling also 2-4 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Burial in Lindenwood Cemetery.
