Kathy Ann Combs, 64, of Fort Wayne passed away November 5.  She was born March 6, 1957 in Fort Wayne, Indiana to the late Gerald and Maxine (McGinnis) Combs.

After graduating from Northrup High School, Kathy moved to Florida. She returned to Fort Wayne to care for her parents. She was employed at an answering service for doctors and ITT in the mail room. When Kathy began to lose her vision, she became involved with The League. During her life Kathy, a social butterfly, made many friends as she never knew a stranger. While Kathy may not have had a family of her own, she had special nieces, Marybeth, Angie, Laura, and Judy and a nephew James, and great nephews whom she loved dearly, and a large family of her own in the friendship she forged over her lifetime. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

A Memorial Service for Kathy her mother Maxine Combs, and Aunt Cora Short will be held at Whispering Creek Golf Club, New Haven, IN on December 11, 2021 from 1:00 – 3:00 P.M
