Kenneth Gene Votaw, 55, passed at home on Thursday, February 23, 2017. He was born here in Fort Wayne to the late Gene Franklin and Louann Beverly (Bowers) Votaw. Ken was an avid left handed bowler, he loved cooking and cross country running in his younger days. He had worked at Fort Wayne Community Schools and Bob Evans.

He is survived by his brother, Brian (Edith) Votaw; nephews, Justin, Jason, Austin and Nicholas; great nieces and nephews, Jaslin, Leystin, Tegan and Brayden.

He was laid to rest at Covington Memorial Gardens. Preferred memorials to Fort Wayne Rescue Mission.
