Kenneth L. Wisel, 89, of Fort Wayne, died on Tuesday, December 7, 2010 at Marion VA. The WWII Army Veteran was a recipient of a Purple Heart and Bronze Start. He retired from Zollner Corporation and also had worked for the Pennsylvania R.R. He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Opal Wisel; daughter, Dianne Wisel of Fort Wayne; brother, Robert Wisel of Roanoke; sister, Hillis Colchin of Decatur; and many many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his brothers, Jess Wisel and Charles Wisel; sister, Geraldine Reddin. Memorial service will be held at a later date. He will be laid to rest at Covington Memorial Funeral Home. Memorials are to the ResCare Adult Day Center, 3711 Rupp Drive, Fort Wayne, IN 46815.
