Kermit Lamoin Duff, 81, of Fort Wayne, Indiana, received his ultimate calling and was welcomed into the gates of heaven on July 3rd, 2026. Kermit was born on June 21, 1945, in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

He is survived by his wife, Ila Duff; son, Jason Duff (Nikki Gillingham); grandchildren, Savannah and Noah; sister, Joan (Tom) Jackson; sister Yvonne (Jerry) Hoschouser; brother, Brent Duff; and brother, Brian Duff.

Kermit retired from GE after 39 years and held various positions during his tenure. Kermit also served his country proudly in the United States Air Force. Beyond his career, Kermit enjoyed fishing, an avid hockey enthusiast cheering on both the Fort Wayne Komets and watching his son play at the local rink. Kermit always found joy in spending time with his family and pets.

Visitation of Family and Friends will be held at Covington Memorial Funeral Home, 8408 Covington Road, Fort Wayne, IN 46804, on July 14, 2026, from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm. The funeral service will follow at 1:00 pm. Burial will be at Covington Memorial Gardens.
