Lambert (Jack) Toth, 94 of Ft. Wayne, IN died Friday Sept. 4, 2009 at Visiting Nurse and Hospice Home Ft. Wayne. He was born on Nov 3, 1914, son of William and Bessie Toth in Seymour, WI. His parents, five sisters, and one brother preceded him in death. He retired from American Hoist and Derrick in 1978 after 37 years of service. After retirement he worked at Rogers Grocery Store for 10 yrs. He was a member of the Waynedale United Methodist Church. He is survived by his wife Doris, several nieces and nephews, and many wonderful friends. Services are 10 a.m. Tuesday Sept. 8, 2009 with calling one hour prior to service at the Waynedale United Methodist Church with Pastor Mike Harris officiating and calling 2-4 6-8 Monday Sept. 7, 2009 at the Covington Memorial Funeral Home.
