Leonard Paul Buuck, 91, born January 22, 1933, in Ichang, Hupeh, China, of Missionary parents, died peacefully on December 22, 2024. He was a Veteran of the Air Force. He is survived by his loving wife of nearly 65 years, Ellen (Krudop). His sons are Paul (Darlene), Dale, Gary (Annette), and Greg (Rhonda); and daughter-in-law, Karen; grandchildren, Sarah, Mitchell, Nathan (Brenna), Katie (Daniel), Amelia (Dylan), Steven, Dilan (Holly), Anthony, Megan, and Samantha, and great-grandchildren, Adeline, Minerva, and Everett; siblings, Robert (Gail) Buuck and Elaine (Verdell) Schramm.

He was preceded in death by brother, Enno Buuck.

Visitation will be held from 5 pm to 8 pm on Friday, January 3, 2024, at Covington Memorial Funeral Home, 8408 Covington Rd., Ft. Wayne, IN 46804.

Funeral service will be held at 11 am at Emmanuel Lutheran Church, 917 W. Jefferson Blvd., Ft. Wayne, IN 46802 with calling one hour prior.

Burial will take place in Covington Memorial Gardens, Fort Wayne, IN.
