Linda (Carmean, Borchelt) Tomlinson, 64, of Fort Wayne, died Tuesday August 5, 2008 at Indiana University Medical Center in Indianapolis. Born May 3, 1944 in Fort Wayne, she was the daughter of the late Ora & Mary Carmean. She had worked for General Electric Finance for 39 years. She is survived by her husband, David Tomlinson; daughter, Theresa Dorais; son, Tim Tomlinson; step sons, Steve (Carey) Thomas and Cory (Liza) Thomas; brothers, Edward (Helen) Carmean and David (Marie) Carmean; grandchildren, Cole, Cade, Carter, Carlea, Ava, Stella and Nick. Funeral service Saturday 1 p.m. with calling one hour prior at Covington Memorial Funeral Home 8408 Covington Rd. Calling also Friday 1:30 to 4 & 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial in Covington Memorial Gardens. Memorials to the family.
