Lois Kathryn Johnson passed on Sunday, August 11, 2013 at her son''s home. She was born in Tekonsha, Michigan, to the late Henry and Lois (Smith) Mills. She attended Waynedale United Methodist Church. She retired from General Electric, in 1989, after 42 years of service.

She is survived by sons, Kevin (Jeannine) Johnson and Noel Johnson; four grandchildren; and six great grandchildren; and one brother.

She was preceded in death by her husband of almost 50 years, Earl G. Johnson, on June 8, 2004; two brothers and four sisters.

Funeral Service is 1:00 p.m., Friday, August 16, 2013, at Covington Funeral Home, 8408 Covington Road, with calling two hours prior. She will be laid to rest at Covington Memorial Gardens. Preferred memorials are to the Alzheimer''s Association.
